Return & Replacement Window

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is necessary for completing your return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, discolored, or incorrectly made item, please reach out to us within 30 days with photographic proof.

Upon approval of your return, we will send a replacement item with expedited shipping at no additional cost to you.

Return Process

After reviewing your return request, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
